INGREDIENTS:
1 sliced aubergine
2 sliced diagonally spring onions
1 crushed garlic clove
1 sliced red pepper
1 tbsp Chinese salted black beans
Ground black pepper
PREPARATION:
- Heat the oil in the wok and stir fry the aubergine for 2 minutes.
- Add the onions, garlic and pepper and cook for another 2 min.
- Later add black beans and cook for further 1 min.
- Season with ground pepper.
