INGREDIENTS:
3-4 ripe bananas3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
PREPARATION:
- Blend bananas with sugar.
- Next add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, oil and blend again.
- Pour pastry into prepared baking trays layered with paper.
- Bake around 20-25 min in 200 degrees Celsius.
- Chocolate can be poured on the top after baking.
