BANANA MUFFINS

I like this recipe because it gives you a lot of possibilities. Different top layers can be used for these muffins. Also nuts, pieces of dried fruits etc can be included in this recipe. I hope you will like it.
INGREDIENTS:
3-4 ripe bananas
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil

PREPARATION:

  1. Blend bananas with sugar.
  2. Next add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, oil and blend again.
  3. Pour pastry into prepared baking trays layered with paper.
  4. Bake around 20-25 min in 200 degrees Celsius.
  5. Chocolate can be poured on the top after baking.
